I love this bag so much! It's the perfect mix between elegant and simple. It goes with every outfit. I love all the little details such as the pockets, heart zipper, and customizable knots. Overall the bag is a nice size, great quality, and fits all your outing essentials. Packing was also very lovely. I also bought an extra strap which is so cute! Shipping to the US took 2 weeks, a bit slow but worth the wait!

The quality is absolutely amazing ! The style is perfect too very modest but in the same time so unique that you can wear this bag absolutely everywhere and people will be asking where you get it from. The packaging was on point too so very carefully wrapped it’s was like opening a luxury gift. I really recommend this company, their customer service is the best I was thinking I missed a bow and they explained very well how the selection for bow was working and made me understand better I’m so glad. Fast delivery. Love the design, looks well with different outfits. The bag's depth/height is larger than its width, so it is a little hard to retrieve items at the bottom. There are a few card pockets and a small pocket with zipper. Able to fit a small umbrella or a small water bottle. Wish it could offer more colors for the leather bag, and more varieties for the short band. One thing that I'm not happy with is how the short leather band was folded in half when delivered, which caused it to form a V shape (instead of a half circle) when hung on the bag. Very durable bag, tried putting in a luggage, carrying it on flight, wearing it all day and under the rain.

I liked the dust bag design and also how they put a lot of care on making sure it came safely. I also didn't notice the cute design on the side of the bag until I opened it, which was a nice suprise!

Love the color and look. Super cute. Has a card holder built into the inside and a little inside zipper pocket. Cute outer zipper has a little love heart.

Very pretty and light weight! Love the design! Only downside is that it can't really fit a lot of items. Probably just your phone, cards and a slim/mini umbrella
