Shipping Policy

For Canada, Australia, USA, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan & South Korea the order will be shipped by JumpPoint Logistics/HK Post. We will contact you via email for more details once we have confirmed. We will provide the shipping code to you once the order have been sent.  

For HK and Macau the orders will be shipped by SF express. If such shipping company is not available, we will contact you via email/phone for more details. We will provide the shipping code to you once the order have been sent.

Shipping Cost and time:

If customer choose EF Locker / SF Store to receive the order, you should put on the address and the code for the EF Locker / SF Store. You can check the available address though the SF express website or the link below:

Usually, the order will be process within 3 days and sent within 5 days. If the order is make at Sat, Sun or holiday, the time for process the order will be postponed to the next working day. All the estimated arrival times above are for reference only. The actual arrival time may be delayed due to the special circumstances of the logistics company, but we guarantee that under normal circumstances, the delivery time will not exceed 5 days.

Holiday arrangement: Order will not be shipped during HKSAR holiday (for example, Chinese New Year). In this case, your order will be delayed.

Tax Fee:

For other countries, customers should pay for the import tax or others fee. The amount were different for each countries. For more details, please read the taxes policy by your countries.

Starting from May 16, 2020, according to the requirements of the Taiwan government, all overseas orders imported into Taiwan must complete real-name authentication and register through the customs official real-name authentication app "EZ WAY" to complete the binding of personal mobile phone number. Real-name authentication process for ID number, health insurance card number (foreigner residence card number). If verification fails, our customer service representative will contact you via email to complete the registration process. Please note that overseas merchants cannot register on your behalf, otherwise the goods will not be able to enter Taiwan.
