Usually, the order will be process within 3 days and sent within 5 days. If the order is make at Sat, Sun or holiday, the time for process the order will be postponed to the next working day. All the estimated arrival times above are for reference only. The actual arrival time may be delayed due to the special circumstances of the logistics company, but we guarantee that under normal circumstances, the delivery time will not exceed 5 days.

Holiday arrangement: Order will not be shipped during holiday (for example, Christmas). In this case, your order will be delayed.

 

Tax Fee:

For other countries, customers should pay for the import tax or others fee. The amount were different for each countries. For more details, please read the taxes policy by your countries.

Starting from May 16, 2020, according to the requirements of the Taiwan government, all overseas orders imported into Taiwan must complete real-name authentication and register through the customs official real-name authentication app "EZ WAY" to complete the binding of personal mobile phone number. Real-name authentication process for ID number, health insurance card number (foreigner residence card number). If verification fails, our customer service representative will contact you via email to complete the registration process. Please note that overseas merchants cannot register on your behalf, otherwise the goods will not be able to enter Taiwan.

Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure your request is processed smoothly, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your items.

  • Condition: Items must be in brand new condition, with tags unremoved, and show no signs of use.

  • Important (Quality Issues): If you are applying for a return due to a defect, you must provide a full unboxing video and show the defect part as proof.

Step 2: Contact Customer Service

Please reach out to us via [Website Message / Facebook / Instagram / Email] with the following:

  1. Order Number

  2. Reason for Return/Exchange

  3. The unboxing video (Quality issue)

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • Non-Quality Issues: Please pack the item securely and ship it back. All shipping costs (including original and return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Quality Issues: Please ship the item back first. Once verified, the company will cover both the return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct an inspection (usually takes 1–3 business days):

  • Exchanges: After a successful inspection, the replacement style will be shipped within 7 business days.

  • Refunds: After a successful inspection, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days.

    • Note: For non-quality related refunds, the original shipping cost incurred by the company will be deducted from the total refund amount.


【Special Product Terms】

  • Lucky Boxs: Contents of Lucky Boxs are randomized. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for different styles. In the case of a quality defect, we only offer an exchange for the "same style/series."

  • Hygiene & Personal Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings (including studs and clips) cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.


【Discount Codes】

Please ensure the discount code is correctly entered before checkout. Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or requests for partial refunds due to "forgetting to enter a discount code." If you wish to re-order, it will be treated as a "Non-Quality Return," and the customer will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
