We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
After you receive the product
During you receiving the product from the shipping company, you should check if there have any damage in packing. Once the packing problem have been occur, you should inform the staff from the shipping company immediately to return the product.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Procedure to return the product
Step 1: To start a return, you can contact us at escape.accessories2021@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 2: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Step 3: Ship the product back to us by local mail (offer by HKSAR government). Noted that the cost by using other shipping company to return the product(s) will not be returned.
Step 4: Keep the mail receipt for the shipping cost refund. Remember that the shipping risk should be bear by the customer.
Step 5: Once we received the product, we will send the brand new one (same model, color and size)** within 7 days.
Step 6: Take a photo with your mail receipt and send it to escape.accessories2021@gmail.com. Remember to tell us your bank account or other ways*** to return the shipping cost.
** If the exact product is run out of stock, you can choose other products in the shop. (Please noted that you should pay the difference if the product you choose is/are higher that the original price. Besides, if the product you choose is/are below that the original price, we would not offer any refund of the price.)
*** We can offer FPS and Payme for return the shipping cost if bank account is not available.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, include:
- Earrings (Hygiene issue)
Certain types of reasons cannot be returned, include:
- Human(User) factors
- Not packed probably before return
- Color of the actual product(s) not same with the photo posted due to the light/others effects
- Size of the actual product(s) have sightly difference with the description
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discount product.
Refunds
Under any circumstances, we do not offer refunds.
